Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract psychiatrists to provide evidence-based medication management and psychiatric evaluations via live 60-minute video intake appointments and follow-up visits. Qualifications

• Board-certified psychiatry MD/DO.
• Unrestricted Wisconsin license; others a plus.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Must have office space to see clients.
• Ability to provide care across a full range of diagnoses; in-person option preferred.
• Full-time US resident.

Responsibilities

• Manage medications via 60-minute intake and follow-ups.
• Conduct risk assessments and medication evaluations.
• Create patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Support evidence-based medication management following best practice guidelines.
