Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract psychiatrists to provide evidence-based medication management and psychiatric care through live 60-minute video intake appointments and ongoing follow-ups. You will evaluate patients, manage medications, and coordinate with in-network therapy and coaching services.

Applicants must be board-certified psychiatrists with unrestricted US licensure and preferably an active DEA license.

Qualifications

• Board certified MD or DO in psychiatry.
• Unrestricted state medical license.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Office space in Scranton to see clients.
• Ability to treat a broad range of psychiatric diagnoses.
• Full-time US resident.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 60-minute intake appointments and ongoing medication management.
• Perform risk assessments and psychiatric evaluations.
• Create patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications per guidelines.
• Coordinate with therapy and coaching services within Lyra network.
