Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 6+ years or Master's + 5+ years experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Exhibit excellent written communication, attention to detail, and thoroughness.
• Proven ability to collaborate with others and meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage several projects and maintain deadlines.
• Ability to create and sustain financial reports and extract data.
• Ability to prepare spend plans and provide recommendations to meet program goals.
• Capable of understanding contract requirements and tracking budgets.
• Due to federal government contracts, U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AFRL contracts from setup through closeout in a fast-paced environment.
• Submit deliverables and prepare financial reports.
• Determine resource allocations and perform financial projections/analysis.
• Approve purchases and travel requests against contract budgets; manage subcontracts.
• Serve as liaison between the principal investigator and UDRI admin offices; interact with AFRL customers.
