Job Description

Position: Contract Program Security Officer

Reports To: The Customer and Program Manager

Clearance Type: Active TS/SCI with CI Poly or Top Secret with ability to obtain SCI and CI polygraph

Advantage SCI is seeking a Contract Program Security Officer to support the government Program Security Officer (PSO). Responsibilities include security specialist functions across disciplines such as personnel, physical, information, and training security. The CPSO will review and process PERSEC documentation, manage access databases, brief/debrief personnel, and ensure compliance with security policies. They will also conduct or support facility inspections, draft SOPs and security guides, and implement security training programs.

Required Experience

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly or Top Secret with ability to obtain SCI and CI polygraph
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years experience with government security databases (e.g., JADE, Scattered Castles, DISS)
• Experience working with SAPs and security training, including CDSE courses
• Experience with SCIF Accreditations and Inspections
• Valid certification in PII and Cyber Awareness Challenge within 30 days of hire
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in DIA is a plus

Working Conditions

• Prolonged sitting and working at a computer
• Physical ability to stoop, kneel, bend, reach, and lift up to 35 pounds
• Low to moderate noise level
