Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in executional product development and category ownership role.
• Proven expertise in overseeing the entire lifecycle of Product Development within personal grooming category.
• Process-driven mentality, with technical skill set in formula development.

Aufgaben

• Support the execution of new product development programs within a personal grooming category, ensuring projects progress on time and meet launch objectives.
• Translate approved product concepts into actionable development plans with cross-functional teams.
• Drive development and scale-up execution, including formula development coordination, claims testing, packaging development, and production readiness.
• Manage product costing and business case support, including COGs development and gross margin analysis.
• Track project status to leadership and cross-functional teams, escalating risks and coordinating mitigation plans.
• Partner with PMO, Design, Marketing, QA, Regulatory, Packaging, Operations, and Channel teams to ensure timely launches.
• Provide organization and tracking support for Product Development and Packaging teams, maintaining documentation and timelines.
