Qualifications

• Board certification (or eligibility) in internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics.
• Ability to work flexible Monday through Friday schedules during the day with some weekends as needed.
• Leadership experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-acute care in a long-term facility
• Lead a multi-specialist team including nurse practitioners
• Foster an uplifting and collaborative patient care environment
• Assist with complex cases
• Ensure we provide hospital-level care in a post-acute setting
