MedCap Health is hiring Contract Physicians to join our post-acute care teams in multiple states, including Indiana. We offer flexible full-time/part-time options with malpractice coverage, credential support, on-the-job and telemedicine training.

You will lead hospital medicine teams, oversee post-acute care, and contribute to a patient-centered, growth-oriented culture. This physician-led organization values autonomy and career development.

Qualifications

• Board certification (or eligibility) in internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics.
• Ability to work flexible Monday through Friday schedules during the day with some weekends as needed.
• Leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Working in a long-term care facility and overseeing post-acute care.
• Skillfully leading a team of talented multi-specialists and nurse practitioners.
• Fostering an uplifting and collaborative patient care environment.
• Assisting with complex cases.
