Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of NJ to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC.

This is a contract position with a 5x8 days schedule. The role involves responsibility and accountability for aligning with the organization’s vision, values, mission and critical goals in daily performance.

• 1 year of SNF/LTC experience is required.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice (NJ).
