Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment in Missouri. You will deliver skilled PT services, develop and modify plans of care, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or be in the process of licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
