Centra Healthcare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment in Kennewick, WA. The ideal candidate may be experienced or a new graduate, with eligibility to practice in Washington and current CPR certification.

The role involves developing care plans, delivering skilled PT services per physician orders, assessing patient needs, and collaborating with the care team in SNF/LTC settings. This is a contract position with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Current state license as a PT or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care as needed.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
