Job summary

Enverus is hiring a Contract Geologist - Petrophysicist to contribute to regional stratigraphic and petrophysical interpretation projects across major NA basins. You will integrate well data, work with geoscience, data science and petrophysics teams, and present results to stakeholders.

The role offers exposure to quality control methods, project management, and client presentations in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Geology or Geophysics required; Master's or PhD preferred.
• Demonstrable technical knowledge of interpretation of one or more basins.
• Excellent understanding of geophysical, geological, and petrophysical principles.
• Strong communication, including presentation skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English language.

Responsibilities

• Act as geoscience SME for sequence stratigraphy, structural geology, petroleum systems, or basin modeling.
• Liaise with team leads on integrated geological and petrophysical projects.
• Combine geological interpretations with well performance data for analytics.
• Actively support safety, ethics, and environmental policies.
• Take additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
• Ensure health and safety compliance across projects.
