Main Responsibilities
- Design and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client needs.
- Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
- Maintain open and professional communication with clients to provide guidance, motivation, and feedback.
- Manage scheduling and correspondence with clients to optimize availability and efficiency.
- Utilize scheduling/payment provided by the Jones Center to track and bill for services provided.
- Proactively market your training services to attract and retain clientele.
- Uphold a positive, engaging, and professional demeanor in all client interactions.
- Stay updated on fitness and health trends to continuously enhance your training expertise.
- Provide referrals to other certified and/or licensed health professionals when client needs surpass your scope of practice.
This position is for evenings availability, with shifts starting after 5:00 PM.

Main Qualifications
Required Skills and Abilities
- Required: A nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ACSM, NASM, ACE, NSCA, or equivalent).
- Preferred: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (not required).
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and maintain a flexible schedule.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service excellence.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to grow your client base and improve your craft.
- Passion for fitness and health, with a desire to inspire others.
- Basic understanding of sales strategies and entrepreneurial practices (training provided).
- Preferred: Bilingual English/Spanish.
Compensation
This is a contract position with compensation based on services provided. Earnings are dependent on your client load and schedule flexibility.
