Job Description

ProSidian Seeks a Contract Performance Data Analyst | Process Improvement Analyst 2 [MontCo0009008] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Part-Time located CONUS - Norristown PA and across the Northeastern United States supporting a county government in Pennsylvania (MontCo).

Seeking candidates with relevant Government and Public Services Sector Experience to support professional services engagement for clients such as MontCo. This is a Part-Time or Contract W-2 position; ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time employment.

Job Overview

Provide services as a Contract Performance Data Analyst in the Government and Public Services industry, focusing on Management and Operations Solutions for clients like Montgomery County PA.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate vendor performance and compliance metrics.
  • Benchmark pricing against market standards.
  • Provide recommendations for contract renegotiation or termination.
Qualifications

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of contract lifecycle management systems.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s in Public Administration, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 3–7 years in contract management, auditing, or analytics.
Skills and Competencies
  • Excel & BI tools, Contract management platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba), Financial benchmarking, Report writing.

Additional Role Details
