What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with external payer credentialing vendors to manage provider notifications and documentation
- Research and resolve billing vendor holds from insurance carriers using various methods
- Conduct follow-ups with market locations and insurance payers to address provider enrollment issues
- Manage the completion and submission of provider enrollment applications, ensuring timely processing
- Maintain documentation related to provider enrollments and uphold confidentiality regarding health information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of Payer Credentialing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and matrixed environment
