CVS Health is seeking a legal professional to support the PBM contracting team, drafting contract documents from templates for attorney review and assisting with intake and administration of open files.

The role requires 2+ years in legal, contracts, or related fields, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in a legal, contracts, administrative, business operations, project coordination, or similar environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with appropriate guidance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including document formatting, tracked changes, comments, and document comparison functionality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with complex documents.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
