A health service organization in northeastern Utah is seeking a Full-Time Contract Optometrist. In this role, you will provide comprehensive eye care and work with a team to support a Native American community. Qualifications

• 2–3 years of family optometry experience is required.
• Certification in BLS is required.
• Any active U.S. state license accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope primary eye care independently.
