Job summary

Eye To Eye Careers in Denver, Colorado seeks a full-time Optometrist to join a modern private practice. The role involves conducting high-quality eye exams and delivering exceptional optical customer service with up-to-date equipment and Crystal Practice Management EMR.

A buy-in ownership contract to own in under four years is offered, with a six-figure base salary plus commissions and benefits. Saturdays 9am to 2pm are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with the highest quality vision exams and optical customer service.
• Optometric Technicians take patient history, chief complaint and perform pre-testing before the doctor examines the patient.
• Explain eye health and prescription terminology to patients and communicate features and benefits of eyewear.

Job Description:

Optometrist willprovide patients with the highest quality vision exams and optical customer service.The Optometric Technicians take patient history, chief complaint and perform all pre-testing before the doctor examines the patient. They also perform special testing for medical exams as directed by the Optometrists. Optometrist will need to perform excellent comprehensive eye exams to ensure flawless accuracy in taking measurements and diagnosing ocular conditions. Explain eye health and prescription terminology to patients. Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to patients.

Position:

• Full time Optometrist needed for Denver CO (Saturdays are required from 9am to 2pm)

Benefits:

• Six figure base salary plus commissions, bonuses and benefits for annual compensation

Salary:

• Compensation between $131,800 to $146,200.
