Job Description

ProSidian Seeks a Contract Optimization & Savings Specialist | Process Improvement Analyst 3 [MontCo0014013] for Program Support on a W-2 Exempt Technical Element position located CONUS - Norristown PA, supporting a county government in Pennsylvania (MontCo). This region is part of the Delaware Valley metropolitan area, with Norristown as its county seat.

We are seeking candidates with relevant Government and Public Services Sector experience, including functional and technical expertise, to support professional services engagement for clients such as MontCo. This role is a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Process Improvement Analyst 3 position; ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time employed W-2 role.

Job Overview

Provide services as a Contract Optimization & Savings Specialist in the Government and Public Services Industry Sector, focusing on management and operations solutions for clients like Montgomery County PA (MontCo) and the County Finance Department, primarily located in CONUS - Norristown PA, and across the Northeastern US region.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Evaluate current vendor contracts and identify opportunities for cost reductions. Recommend renegotiations, cooperative purchasing, or contract consolidations. Conduct risk and compliance assessments.
Qualifications

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong background in contract law, government procurement, and sourcing best practices. Experience working with legal and procurement teams.
Education / Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Contract Management, or Law. 5+ years in strategic sourcing, contract administration, or procurement consulting.
Skills and Competencies
  • Contract drafting, spend analysis, negotiation, benchmarking, compliance tracking.
  • Critical thinking, negotiation, compliance adherence, supplier relationship management.
Additional Role Details
  • May lead or participate in procurement reform initiatives or committees.
  • Provides documentation for audits and financial reports.
Other Details
  • Expected to identify and document savings and performance metrics post-contract renegotiation.
