Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) licensed or in the process of licensure in Maryland to work in SNF/LTC settings. This is a contract position with a 5x8 days schedule.

The role requires accountability for aligning with the organization’s vision, values, and goals while delivering quality patient care. Minimum requirements include 1 year of OT experience in SNF/LTC and an active or in-progress MD OT license.
