The role requires accountability for aligning with the organization’s vision, values, and goals while delivering quality patient care. Minimum requirements include 1 year of OT experience in SNF/LTC and an active or in-progress MD OT license.

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of MD to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC.

This is a contract position5x8 Days schedule.

This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Minimum Requirements include:

• 1 year of recent experience as a(n) Occupational Therapist (OT)SNF / LTC experience required.
• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license within the state of practice.
