Skill Set Most recruited for:

• Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Strong clinical and rapid patient assessment skills
• Recognizes changes in condition; critical thinking
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred or nice to have:

• candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Trauma Experience in level 1 or 2 Trauma Center
• 2+ years experience in high volume ED

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Moderate sedation; RSI; CPR; PIV/IO; Splinting; EKG; blood transfusion; TNK administration
• Cardiac monitoring; stroke assessment; trauma assessment; resuscitation; sepsis workups

TNCC, ENPC or PALS, ACLS, BLS, CPI and NIH

Shift starts 15 minutes prior to shift time ; come prepared to clock in, receive huddle, and assume patient care; no food or drink in patient care areas; no personal bags in patient care areas; all hands on deck, we all work as a team and help each other; must clock out/in for a full 30-34 minutes for lunch each shift
