Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience performing construction cost estimation and scheduling in public-sector or regulated environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Licenses or clearances when required by procurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop quantity, cost, production, schedule, risk, change, and progress controls linked to bid requirements.
• Coordinate site mobilization, access, safety, sequencing, and outages.
• Maintain production, labor, material, and change records; document corrective work.
• Prepare inputs, estimates, and turnover deliverables for the client.
• Track status, decisions, and evidence to avoid delays.
