Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a contract Neuropsychologist to lead comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations across age groups, collaborating with families and care teams. The role emphasizes independent practice within Lyra’s neurologically diverse care framework and requires delivering clear feedback and tailored recommendations.

Responsibilities include supervising psychometrists, writing detailed reports, and coordinating with psychiatrists, care managers, and wellness coaches.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology (APA-accredited) required or equivalent
• Predoctoral internship with neuropsychology focus preferred
• Two-year postdoctoral neuropsychology fellowship preferred
• PSYPACT authorized or eligible preferred
• Licensed in CA or NY preferred
• Experience with testing virtually and in person
• Familiarity with online web-based applications
• Excellent therapeutic communication skills
• Ability to deliver care virtually or in person

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for clients of all ages
• Interpret diverse neuropsychological test batteries, with some direct testing
• Serve as subject matter expert in neuropsychological assessments
• Supervise psychometrist to ensure accurate data collection
• Prepare detailed evaluation reports and client/family summaries
• Conduct clear feedback sessions explaining findings and recommendations
• Coordinate treatment planning with care team
• Conduct in-person and virtual sessions with families
