Job summary

A leading mental health provider is seeking a contract Neuropsychologist to provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations. This role involves collaboration with clients' families and care teams. Candidates should have a Doctorate in Psychology and experience in neuropsychology. The position offers flexibility in scheduling and an innovative work environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed in California or New York preferred.
• Candidates must successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for clients of all ages.
• Interpret psychological and neuropsychological test batteries.
• Supervise and oversee the work of the patient's assigned psychometrist.
• Conduct clear feedback sessions explaining findings and diagnoses.
• Collaborate with the patient's care team.

Skills

Effective therapeutic communication skills

Experience conducting testing virtually and in person

Education

Doctorate degree in Psychology

One year predoctoral internship in neuropsychology

Two year postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology
