Job summary

A leading mental health solutions provider in New Jersey is seeking a contract Neuropsychologist to deliver comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations and collaborate with patient care teams. The ideal candidate should have a doctorate in psychology and effective communication skills. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and focuses on whole-person mental health care.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Psychology specializing in neuropsychology is required.
• Licensing in California or New York is preferred.
• Candidates must successfully pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for clients of all ages.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in neuropsychological assessments.
• Collaborate with the patient’s care team to inform treatment planning.

Skills

Effective therapeutic communication skills

Experience conducting testing virtually and in person

Familiarity with online web-based applications

Education

Doctorate degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited program

Completion of predoctoral internship

Completion of postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology
