Qualifications

• Portfolio or reel demonstrating multimedia production work.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and editing fundamentals ( pacing, audio, color).
• Experience editing podcasts and dialogue-driven content.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom.
• Hands-on knowledge of camera systems, lighting, audio, and video production techniques.
• Strong creative storytelling within a brand environment.
• Professionalism and collaborative presence with stakeholders and talent.
• Ability to work quickly and independently under tight timelines.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging production tech.

Responsibilities

• Edit short- and long-form video including interviews, webinars, social content, and event recaps.
• Record and edit podcasts and video podcasts with audio cleanup and final delivery.
• Apply pacing, framing, sound, graphics, and storytelling while upholding brand standards.
• Support and independently manage video productions including camera, lighting, and audio setup.
• Provide occasional photography and on-site coverage for events and headshots.
• Manage production logistics, file management and version control.
• Work on quick-turn projects and respond to stakeholder feedback and revisions.
• Stay current on social/digital trends and apply best practices to editing and packaging.
• Explore AI tools to improve editing and workflow efficiency.
• Offer creative recommendations within content strategy and brand objectives.
