Job summary

Soliant is seeking a MRI Technologist for contract work in a healthcare setting. This role focuses on MRI imaging, patient care, safety, and collaboration with radiologists and nursing staff.

The position requires ARRT MRI certification, state licensure, and at least 1 year of MRI experience. Excellent attention to detail and strong communication are essential. Eligible candidates may receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.

Qualifications

• Valid ARRT (MRI) certification or equivalent credential required
• Active state licensure to practice as an MRI Technologist
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience performing MRI procedures
• Proficient with MRI operation, safety protocols, and image quality assessment
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• CPR/BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment to capture diagnostic images as ordered.
• Prepare patients for MRI exams and ensure comfort and safety.
• Select imaging techniques and protocols for each patient.
• Maintain patient records and verify image quality before radiologist review.
• Monitor equipment and support routine maintenance while upholding safety.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and staff to deliver coordinated care.
• Adhere to HIPAA and facility protocols for patient confidentiality.
