Job summary

Biodesix is seeking contract mobile phlebotomists to collect samples in patient homes or workplaces in Utah. The role involves nasal swab or venipuncture collections for blood-based tests and COVID-19 testing for asymptomatic individuals or those recovered.

Virtual training will be provided for all sample types. Responsibilities include coordinating with patients, scheduling visits, adhering to kit instructions, and ensuring timely sample handling and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Excellent phlebotomy skills including venipuncture.
• Professional verbal and written communication with clients.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain patient care quality.

Responsibilities

• Contact each patient within 24 hours.
• Schedule appointments promptly (1–3 days).
• Collect specimens according to kit instructions for accurate testing.
• Pack and ship samples the same day using company materials.
• Invoice draws promptly for payment.
