Mural Group is staffing a contract millwright team for a global steel equipment manufacturer in Ashland, KY. The project focuses on disassembling, inspecting, cleaning, and reassembling rolling mill chock assemblies to ready the facility for live production.

Ideal candidates have heavy industrial millwright experience, hydraulic system familiarity, and a willingness to commit to a 4–6 week assignment with a $120/day per diem and 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 operation. Start date is soon.

Qualifications

• Disassemble rolling mill chock assemblies following established procedures.
• Inspect internal components and orifices for debris or contamination in grease and hydraulic lines.
• Reassemble accurately and document the work completed.

Responsabilités

• Disassemble rolling mill chock assemblies following established procedures.
• Inspect all internal components and orifices for debris, metal shavings, or contamination in grease lines and hydraulic lines.
• Clean components to specification and verify they meet standards before reassembly.
• Reassemble chocks accurately and document the work completed.
• Support the team to maintain the 24/7 operation pace required by the project timeline.
