Job description

Contract Mid-Level Program Manager for ServiceNow

MUST be local to New York City, Hybrid schedule - 2 days onsite

This position reports directly to the Executive Director and will work as her right hand. She is looking for someone with extensive SN experience, ideally using the SPM Module. The candidate MUST have experience doing standups for PMO and Governance. She would like to use SN right out of the box to manage multiple workstreams. Strong organizational and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Service Now SPM Module Enhancement project across multiple business and technology teams in a hybrid execution environment
  • MUST have experience doing stand-ups for PMO and Governance.
  • Execute weekly project and portfolio status reporting, understand and maintain program’s RAID log, run daily and/or weekly working groups.
  • Provide appropriate information share and updates with senior management and other key stakeholders as well as ownership of key working group meetings
  • Experience managing Service Now SPM
  • PMO standup experience a must

Skills:

  • Strong experience in project management methodologies & reporting, strong skills in delivery management, stakeholder management, risk management, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), must be able to lead meetings, summarize, and articulate key points to provide clear direction and support to stakeholders and team members
  • Strong ability to adapt, prioritize, motivate to handle different leadership styles
  • 7-10 years experience
