Duration & Hours:

Indefinite contract; potential for temp-to-hire for the right candidate.
Hours: 12pm – 8:30pm EST

  • Handle incoming Accounting Service Desk tickets.

  • Update and manage address changes.
  • Obtain and verify backup documentation for disbursements.
  • Address various other tasks and inquiries related to the service desk.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of client billing or related experience.
  • Must have experience with Aderant, ChromeRiver, BillBlast, and ServiceNow.
  • Law firm experience is preferred but not required.
  • Internal customer support knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong grammar, spelling, verbal, and writing skills.
  • Customer-focused approach, even under pressure.
  • Availability to work M-F 12 pm - 8:30 pm EST.

Education:
  • High school diploma required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar preferred.
