Job summary

Kymanox is seeking a Marketing Salesforce Administrator contractor to partner with the marketing and business solutions team. You will build, optimize, and maintain digital marketing systems that support lead generation, engagement, campaigns, and reporting.

Requires hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Salesforce CRM, and WordPress, plus the ability to translate marketing goals into scalable, reliable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in marketing technology or related technical marketing roles.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and CRM.
• WordPress website/pages management and optimization.
• Strong understanding of email marketing, lead generation, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize marketing automation programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
• Support Salesforce CRM configuration and data alignment for campaigns and reporting.
• Build and maintain WordPress pages, forms, and integrations to support campaigns.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
• Monitor performance and ensure data flow among marketing technology tools.
• Ensure data hygiene, consent management, and compliance with stakeholders.
