About the Role

As a Contract Manager at HubSpot, you will be responsible for handling all assigned customer contracts. This includes communicating directly with customers and internal colleagues to ensure the accurate resolution of customer inquiries and the execution of customer renewals. You will also manage a high volume of account-related tasks focused on maximizing customer investment with HubSpot.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Negotiate value-driven renewals and contract changes while ensuring a superb customer experience.
  2. Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to grow accounts and identify opportunities.
  3. Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Management to facilitate contract renewals and ensure positive customer experiences.
  4. Build cooperative relationships with customers.
  5. Lead forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews internally.
  6. Contribute to the growth of the Contract Management Organization by providing feedback and piloting new processes.
