Role Overview: As a Contract Manager at HubSpot, you will handle all assigned customer contracts, communicate directly with customers and internal teams to resolve inquiries, and manage customer renewals. You will contribute to our customer-focused, results-driven culture by managing a high volume of account-related tasks aimed at maximizing customer investment with HubSpot.

This role offers flexibility in work preferences: @home, @flex, or @office, at our EMEA locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Negotiate value-driven renewals and contract modifications while ensuring excellent customer experience.
  2. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to grow accounts and identify new opportunities.
  3. Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Management to facilitate smooth contract renewals.
  4. Build cooperative relationships with customers.
  5. Lead forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews.
  6. Help grow the Contract Management Organization by providing feedback and piloting new processes.
Candidate Profile:
  • Fluent in Dutch or a Nordic language and English.
  • Experience in negotiation or sales.
  • Passionate about delivering great customer experiences.
  • Creative problem-solver with curiosity.
  • Ability to understand multiple perspectives.
  • Prior account management or customer retention experience.
  • Effective communicator, capable of leading phone conversations.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Adaptable to a dynamic environment.
  • Relationship-focused with colleagues and customers.
