As a Contract Manager for our 1:Few (High Touch) Customer base at HubSpot, you will be responsible for handling all assigned customer contracts. This includes communicating directly with customers and internal colleagues to ensure the accurate resolution of customer inquiries and the execution of customer renewals. You will also manage a high volume of account-related tasks focused on maximizing customer investment with HubSpot.

Responsibilities include:
  • Negotiate renewals and contract changes while ensuring a superb customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to identify and execute product expansion opportunities.
  • Work with customers and internal stakeholders to grow accounts and identify new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Management to ensure smooth contract renewal processes.
  • Build cooperative relationships with customers.
  • Lead forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Contract Management team by providing feedback and piloting new processes.
