Contract Manager I-Remote in Kansas City Metropolitan Area

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and negotiate terms with third-party suppliers for services such as software licenses, financial products, subscriptions, property maintenance, marketing, training, and consulting.
  • Partner with internal teams including Legal, Risk, Compliance, Information Security, Finance, and Business Operations to ensure contract standards and protect UMB's interests.
  • Use contract management software to generate and document contracts.
  • Work with finance to budget and track expenses related to contracts and renewals.

Work Environment:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, negotiate with vendors, and support internal teams in understanding contract terms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or high school diploma and 8 years of experience.
  • Preferred: Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) or similar certifications; experience with technology contracts.

Compensation Range: $57,760.00 - $124,170.00, with additional benefits and incentives.
