Title: Contract Manufacturing Commercial Manager
Pay: $50-$57/hr.

Duration: 12-month contract starting M-F, full-time (40 hours); W2

Summary: The CM commercial manager will assist with generating SOWs, commercial contracts and/or work-orders for AR, MV and Accessories. They will ensure client/supplier satisfaction as well as grow the business and revenue.
Job Responsibilities
- Initial collaboration with CM Ops Mgr, cross-functional teams and Legal
- Aim for a 6-week turnaround from business award to SOW submission (signed by both parties)
- Incorporate consistent financial reporting by breaking out key components, including NRE, Build costs and other relevant expenses.
- Ensure commercial contract is executed before engineering engagement in collaboration with CM Ops Mgr (unless existing Eng work order is in place)
- Once the CM Ops Mgt has kicked off the RFQ, ensure the SOW gets started in parallel. Get all finances put together and incorporated into the SOW
- Highly cross-functional and working with many teams to ensure alignment and timely execution

Qualifications
- Contract/business writer with 3-5 years of experience in the CE industry with an understanding of commercial contracts, and analytical skills to review contracts, identify potential risks, and provide recommendations
- 3-5 years of industry experience with meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of contracts
- Must be able to work with XFN to gather relevant specifications and attachments to be included in the SOWs.
Education/Experience
- Familiarity with financial terms
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, legal or other relevant field
Must-Have Skills
- Contract/business writer with 3-5 years of experience in the CE industry with an understanding of commercial contracts, and analytical skills to review contracts, identify potential risks, and provide recommendations
- Excellent communication skills and need to have experience with collaborating cross functioning
- Familiarity with financial terms and ability to incorporate consistent financial reporting by breaking out key components, including NRE, Build costs and other relevant expenses.
