The firm provides scalable legal support to innovative, high-growth companies, with a strong focus on commercial contracting and negotiations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced contracts professional who can work independently and hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
