Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Contract Operations professional to manage end-to-end sales contract intake and review, ensuring requests follow the correct workflow and approval path.

You will coordinate feedback from Legal, Sales, CSR, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Lines, maintain visibility into contract status, and summarize key terms for internal discussions. Travel between Kirkland, WA and San Jose, CA may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in contract operations, sales operations, procurement operations, or similar roles in a semiconductor, electronics, or technology company
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams
  • Experience managing structured workflows and driving operational efficiency
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and DocuSign
  • Experience with Contract Management Systems (CMS) preferred
  • Program or project management experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales contract intake and review process, ensuring requests follow the correct workflow and approval path
  • Coordinate feedback from Legal, Sales, CSR, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Lines
  • Maintain visibility into contract status and provide timely stakeholder updates
  • Summarize key agreement terms for internal discussions and decision-making
  • Communicate internal guidelines and assist business teams with negotiations involving customers, vendors, consultants, and service providers
  • Review and process NDAs and other standard agreements with guidance from Legal
  • Identify risks, open items, and required approvals based on internal policies
  • Organize historical documents and assist with Contract Management System improvements or upgrades
  • Support development and maintenance of the Contract Playbook, templates, and standard terms
  • Identify opportunities to streamline contract workflows and drive process improvements
  • Collaborate with teams across multiple regions to resolve operational issues
  • Travel periodically between Kirkland, WA and San Jose, CA for training, coordination, and cross-functional planning
  • Perform other duties as assigned
