Job summary

MassAbility is seeking a Management Analyst Contractor to serve as an analytical specialist in the Analytics and Quality Assurance Department. You will support performance management, data analytics, reporting, and continuous quality improvement for Career Services.

You will analyze program data, develop dashboards, and collaborate with Career Services staff to strengthen data-driven decision-making and program outcomes. This is a contract position with 37.5 hours per week and bi-weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing data, interpreting results, and communicating findings clearly.
• Knowledge of program evaluation, data analytics, and statistical methods.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and data warehouses like Snowflake.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure integrity of Career Services program data.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations for operations and policy decisions.
• Aggregate data to identify trends, measure performance, and inform improvements.
• Create recurring and ad hoc analyses to support the AQA department.
• Support BI tools, GIS mapping, and data visualization platforms.
