Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedures for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents changes in patient conditions, including nutrition, infections, skin conditions, weight loss, or other changes.
• Uses the Quality Life Manual for patient placement and monitoring in appropriate programs.
• Documents and notifies departments of room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
