Job summary

Lancesoft seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse for a part-time contract role in Aurora, OH. The position covers clinic duties with hours split between home-based tasks and on-site at 10085 Darrow Rd, offering a competitive hourly wage on W2.

Ideal candidates have ER/urgent care exposure, EMR proficiency (Epic preferred), and the ability to work 7–10 hour shifts, including some holidays. This is a temporary/contract role with potential for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or ER.
• Phlebotomy, vaccines, and point-of-care testing experience.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience.
• Proficiency with EMR systems; Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications via oral, injectable, IV and topical.
• Evaluate patient conditions, monitor pain, and document responses.
• Monitor vital signs and record abnormalities.
• Perform routine assessments to monitor health.
• Facilitate access to care and connect patients with resources.
• Conduct medication reviews for interactions.
• Develop mental health assessments to screen for depression.
• Document medical history using electronic health records.
• Communicate with patients, families and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic at all times.
