Qualifications

• Three to five years of related experience require./Prefer experience in recycling or waste management
• Strong understanding of contract management processes and drafting/review experience
• Knowledge of recycling industry regulations and environmental considerations
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and edit contracts to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Assist in contract negotiations with internal stakeholders, legal teams, and clients.
• Maintain organized contract management systems and databases for quick access.
• Support logistics scheduling for recycling operations and coordinate with facilities.
• Provide administrative support, data entry, reports, and correspondence management.
• Monitor business development activities and provide regular insights to identify opportunities.
