Kuehne+Nagel in Florida is seeking a Contract Logistics Warehouse Lead to design, manage, and optimize warehouse solutions. You will ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, while supervising a team and enforcing safety standards.

This role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor, operates forklifts and order pickers, and requires 2+ years in warehousing with at least 1 year in supervision. Monday–Friday, 6:30 am–3:00 pm, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• 2+ years in a warehouse environment.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Forklift operating experience preferred.
• Basic technical and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, pack, verify, and ship goods.
• Lead a team of Warehouse Associates.
• Improve workflows and productivity with cross-functional teams.
• Enforce safety and regulatory standards.
• Oversee loading/unloading with forklifts and order pickers.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure accurate inventory and customer orders.
• Support overtime and weekend coverage as needed.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Contract Logistics Warehouse Lead at Kuehne+Nagel ensures efficient warehouse logistics operations. This role manages smooth processes aligned with company standards for service, quality, and cost. The Lead oversees timely material flow, including loading and unloading with equipment such as forklifts and order pickers. Responsibilities include receiving, storage, picking, packing, verification, shipping, and screening, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The position collaborates with teams to improve workflows and productivity, enforces safety and regulatory standards, and drives process enhancements. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with weekly pay of $21.00 per hour.

• Follow health and safety policies that follow company and OSHA regulations
• Be available to work overtime and weekends
