Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients' treatment.
• Perform assessments and behavioral screening.
• Encourage clients to express their feelings.
• Prepare and maintain all required treatment records.
• Counsel clients and patients in individual and group sessions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience.
• Evaluate clients' progress in resolving identified problems.
• Plan and conduct programs to prevent substance abuse.
