The Contract & Legal Affairs Analyst's responsibilities include providing legal and contractual support for programs, and operations, and the development, negotiation, execution, and management of a wide range of contracts while helping mitigate legal and operational risk.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative legal professional who can balance legal requirements with the practical needs of a mission-driven nonprofit organization. This role works closely with program leaders, development, finance, human resources, and compliance teams to facilitate efficient contracting processes that support organizational objectives.
