Job summary

Allencomm is seeking a Solution Delivery Engineer for a remote, 12-month assignment. You will design, configure, and deliver technical solutions to providers, payers, states, and partners within the homecare ecosystem.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Sales, Implementation, Product, Engineering, and CSM, with a focus on data exchange formats such as X12, HL7, and APIs, and a background in healthcare interoperability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience with complex customer implementations and system integration.
• Healthcare interoperability knowledge (X12, HL7, APIs) preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to lead across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Solution Architects, Product, & Engineering to deliver technical solutions to providers, payers, states, and partners.
• Assist with configuration, testing, documentation, and issue resolution in customer environments.
• Conduct tests to ensure the solution works as intended and troubleshoot issues.
• Create detailed documentation for the solutions, including user guides and technical specifications if necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and ongoing performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase throughput and enhance quality.

Asa Jr. SolutionDelivery Engineer, youare responsible forsuccessfuldesign,integration, configuration,anddeliveryof technical solutions to customers.Youwilldeploy new& existingcapabilities and solutions toproviders, payers, states, and partners,tofacilitateseamless data exchange across the homecare ecosystem delivering the right information to the right people at the right time to drivedifferentiated clinical and financial outcomes.You Willbe responsible forestablishingproject plans, communicating status updates,developingand testingthesolution, as well as troubleshooting and solution iterationthroughout the project lifecycle.TheSolution Delivery Engineer playsa crucial role in ensuring that technical solutions meet client expectationsand drive improved performance.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and/or Medicaid homecare, revenue cycleoperations,and standard interoperability data exchange formats (e.g., X12, HL7, APIs).

Essential Job Duties

• SupportSolution Architects, Product, & Engineering to deliver technical solutions to providers, payers, states, and partners
• Assistingwith configuration, testing, documentation, and issue resolutionas part of a broader team.in customer environments, ensuring they function correctly and meet performance standards
• Conduct tests to ensure that the solution works as intended and troubleshooting any issues that arise
• Create detailed documentation for the solutions, including user guides and technical specifications if necessary
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Implementation, CSM, Product, Engineering and Technical Customer Care to ensure successful delivery and ongoing performance
• Identifyopportunities for process improvement toincrease throughputandenhance quality

Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+years’ experiencewithcomplex customerimplementations&systemintegration
• Excellentverbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Highly engaging and collaborative style in working cross-functionally
• Strong technical & project management acumen with the ability to drive operational excellence through partnerships with cross-functional teams
• Strong troubleshooting skills; be able to quickly analyze and resolve issues
• Detail oriented, ensuring that all aspects of the solution are thoroughly checked and meet quality standards
