Job summary

Harbinger, an American EV company, seeks an Inventory Control Technician (Contract) to support engineering changes and ensure inventory readiness before production releases. You will perform cycle counts, manage revision materials, and maintain the Engineering Change Cage to prevent material mixing.

You’ll collaborate with Warehouse, Material Planning, Purchasing, and Production teams while reporting discrepancies and risk proactively.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or inventory control.
• Foundational computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems and barcode scanners.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow standardized work instructions.
• Adaptable and collaborative, able to work across warehouse and production environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform Cycle Counts: Execute accurate cycle counts and verify against ERP records.
• Manage Material Transitions and ensure smooth changes.
• Maintain the Change Cage and securely store new revision materials.
• Ensure quality control by segregating old/new revisions to prevent mix-ups.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Material Planning, Purchasing, and Production teams.
• Report inventory discrepancies and potential risks to Change Management Specialist.
