Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an IAM SSO Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure authentication and authorization services for our Addison, TX environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on experience with PingIdentity products (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory), SAML/OIDC/OAuth/FIDO2, MFA, and a proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast‑paced enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with PingIdentity products (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory).
• Hands-on experience with SAML/OIDC/OAuth/FIDO2 and MFA integrations.
• Experience with security AI tooling, specifically Agentic AI for securing bots.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain authentication and authorization services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IAM solutions and architecture.
• Provide SME guidance on policy creation and integration of applications.
