Job description

Are you looking for a brand management role that allows you to drive robust customer insights and deliver distinctive brand campaigns? If so, this Brand Manager role could be an ideal position to explore.

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for select Core brands within the business portfolio. You will oversee the effective deployment of global strategies and execute across all areas of the marketing mix to achieve short-term and long-term brand sales and profit objectives.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Lead the development of annual market activation planning focused on 3-year growth drivers, working with a brand centric cross-functional team

  • Manage brand equity through successful deployment and localization of global toolkits

  • Execute global innovation vision board

  • Assess the business growth opportunities leveraging consumer insights, idea generation and business case development.

  • Identify Korea consumers’ needs and wants for Oral Health products & our brands, and provide inputs to Research & Development to design the right product to win in the market

  • Lead creative/digital agencies to develop communication ideas and execute multiple campaigns

  • Develop integrated consumer communication campaigns, including digital, social, PR, and deploy/guide to cross functional team with strong partnership

  • Plan annual marketing budget to achieve the desired brand performance and monitor and control marketing budget to ensure compliance to company objectives and optimize spends for effective utilization of the investments.

  • Be accountable for delivery of annual brand Profit & Loss (P&L), including sales and profit results and actively manage budget items

  • Day to day brand situation analysis and presentation material development

  • Relevant experience in Brand Marketing with preferred categories such as FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Cosmetics.

  • Strong knowledge in strategic marketing planning and demonstrate cross functional leadership

  • Drive for results, resilient, persistent, passionate, innovative, and having a sense of urgency.

  • Analytical skills & marketing executional fundamentals

  • Experience delivering insights-based consumer communications delivering brand share growth

  • Fluent English skills in writing, verbal communication, and presentation.

  • Strong financial capabilities and business acumen

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Ability to collaborate with global teams and deliver results in a matrix organization

  • Experience working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

  • Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations including organizational changes and changes in job demands

  • Experience in leading people in both project-based and day-to-day situations is a plus
